  3. Jenn from Much to My Delight says:

OOH, that collage is so lovely! I love having books to display, whether it's a bright cover or a pretty binding. I have to say that James Frey's book "A Million Little Pieces" has a great cover–bright turquoise with a hand covered in multicolored sprinkles. I bought the book for the cover before I ever knew what it was about.

  4. Sweet Nothings says:

oh kate spade white plains..we had some good times together..one a week I was in there, just popping about. lol.

  5. Hamptontoes says:

Fun post! I framed a bunch of dust jackets for my daughter's playroom with covers that have her name in them…she loves it!

  6. Lissa @ After Adornment says:

Love this Idea! I have never framed a book but I am always picking up books because of the cover.

  7. Miranda @ Haute Headquarters says:

I was walking by Kate Spade last night around 9pm on the corner of 20th and Fifth in the Flatiron. I was all sweaty from my Zumba class that had just ended but I didn't care. I was glaring in the windows and enamored with the new displays. I reached for my iPhone to take some pics so I could blog about it today and, of course, the phone was dead. Thus is my life! Imagine my surprise when I saw your post today! Too funny. (Oh, and I love the London pop up!)

  8. Shannon @ Sit.Relax.Gossip. says:

Thanks for the tip about the downloads! I'm always looking for pretty books…the Dorothy Draper Entertaining is Fun and Decorating is Fun are at the top of my wishlist right now.

  9. Katie @ Noodle and Boof says:

  10. Nuit says:

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.

On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.

Fall is the perfect season to host an outdoor movie night in your backyard! It’s that time of year when outdoor furniture is still outside and it gets dark earlier than the summer which means your little kiddos can enjoy the movie night as well. It’s so nice to transform your backyard with cozy blankets, […]

round up of budget friendly bar carts

Can you believe it’s already November? Before we know it Thanks No. 1 Modern bar cart with patterned sides that looks great as is, but would also look amazing painted a pop of color! Plus it’s only $157. No. 2 This lucite bar cart is a personal favorite of mine. Look at those chic lines! […]

For the longest time our backyard was mainly just grass and a little small area where we laid down some pavers so that we could set out a little plastic table/chairs during the summer. Not exactly ideal for entertaining. For the past couple of years we have wanted to build a deck and enjoy the […]
