Adore what you came up with. Can she budget for a large sea-grass with border around the edge to take away from some of the green?

  2. Great plan! It’s definitely so much better to work with an eyesore than against it. You chose a mix of patterns I wouldn’t have thought of and I bet it will look great! Hope your client shares the after photos.

  3. Camila- Great plan. No use trying to fight that carpet!

  4. Nicole says:

OMG- I don’t think I could live with that carpeet no matter how great your fabric plan might be!

  5. Julia says:

You did a fabulous job with this color story. I love the floral especially.

I just found your blog through Google and am battling the same issue. My husband and I are about to move into a rental with green carpet through the whole house. This gives me hope. Did she ever send you afters? Where would I find them?

For the longest time our backyard was mainly just grass and a little small area where we laid down some pavers so that we could set out a little plastic table/chairs during the summer. Not exactly ideal for entertaining. For the past couple of years we have wanted to build a deck and enjoy the […]
