She’s a brick wall

Everyone loves a great exposed brick wall. I know that I always see them as a perk when looking at houses/apartments. Many of my clients are NYC based which means I get to work with a lot of exposed brick walls.

While I adore the look sometimes I just want to hang something on the walls and due to the brick work and my clients being renters not owners I can’t go about making huge holes in their brick that can’t be repaired to it’s original state when they move out.

During a trip down the Pinterest rabbit hole I found a solution for my renters with exposed brick walls.

Brick Clips from Lee Valley. In order to use them the mortar lines must be recessed. In using them you prevent any damage to the brick or mortar bond. So cool! Can’t wait to test them out.

You are so awesome to share this! We have exposed brick from the original exterior of our house in our family room addition, which I love, but it’s nice to have a solution like this! Seems like it could also work on the exterior. Thanks!
