I’m off on vacation, but while I’m gone I decided to spotlight one of my new favorite bloggers that I hope you enjoy as well. I reached out to some of my favs and asked them to share with my readers what effortless style means to them.

I connected with Sarah from Chevron & Stripes on twitter, which then lead to us emailing each other and following each others blog and last week we actually got to meet up in person. I simply adore her style, because while I’m color crazed she is a bit more in love with white and neutrals and we tend to balance each other out. Take a peek at Sarah’s effortless style.

I was so excited when Camila asked me to fill in for her on Effortless Stye during her well-deserved vacation! While I’m in between moves from Florida to New York, it was hard to really nail down a special spot in my own home that I could share with you guys. However, I’ve been spending quite a bit of time at my parent’s beach house where we’ve done a lot of the decorating as a family. One of my favorite little nooks is our collection of cornishware. There’s something so simple and traditional about that timeless blue stripe – I don’t think they’ll ever go out of style! It has taken many years to find just the right pieces at antique fairs and flea markets but I think that makes the collection all the more special. If you’re looking to find great cornishware without the hassle of hunting down vintage pieces, check out T.G. Green & Co. where you can personalize the pieces!

I think everyone should have something special that they collect. For me it’s elephants. I pick them up on vacations or throughout my shopping trips. They are a true reflection of me and therefore part of my effortless style. They fit right into my home’s decor and can easily be moved throughout the rooms in my house.

Thanks for hosting me Camila! Hope you’re enjoying your trip
Get together again when you’re back??
