Hope you all had a great weekend! We had fun, but I must admit it just flew by and as I type this Sunday night I’m already afraid that I will be hit with quite a case of the Monday’s.
Here is a little peek into what we were up.
We popped into my In-Laws to wish them a Happy Anniversary and drop off some flowers for them:
I love making my own arrangements. I went to town at Traders Joe and with around $30 of flowers I was able to make 2 arrangements (One for Jon’s parents anniversary and one for my parents anniversary) and even had spare flowers for me. Win, win.
The weekend was filled with thrifting as we headed out east to check out this random indoor flea market store front that we always drive by, but it’s never opened. We had luck on our side and it happened to be opened on Saturday. It was massive:
We then popped over to The Red Collection,a consignment shop that is closing it’s doors at the end of Sept so their were deals to be had.
Jon managed to sweet talk from $100 to $35 and this garden stool came home with us:
We also popped into a Salvation Army on Main St in Riverhead and found this beauty:
Hudson was such a trooper during thrifting that we treated him to a little fun and went over to the Aquarium so that he could check out the seals getting feed.
Of course what is a trip out east with a stop into the outlets where I found a C.Wonder outlet. Found some great steals on their pillows:
Also spied this beauty:
On Sunday I worked on a little photo shoot for Poland Spring’s Natures Blends:
While my men transformed this wall:
It’s so nice to have everything organized and out on display.
Ah love getting the house into order. The weekend ended with a nice dinner at my parents house were we got to meet one of my sister’s friends and old flatmate from London. I had to stop myself numerous times from breaking out my fake English accent.
