I know that Valentine’s day can be a bit cheesy and commercialized, but who doesn’t love, love. I personally really enjoy seeing all of the heart shaped items out there during this time of year and I love picking up some special treats for the men in my life. This year I love the idea of celebrating Galentine’s day as well. Shouldn’t we take some time to celebrate the bestie in our life.
Here are some of my favorite finds that work for Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day!
No.1 Lavender eye sachet: I don’t know about you, but lately I’m always tired! Then I finally get into bed and my eyes are wide awake because my brain is racing with everything I need to do. I recently got a lilac eye sachet and I love it! I place it over my eyes and helps make everything darker and the lavender smell really calms me down and helps me get into sleep mood.
No.2 Kate Spade Just Add Water Glass Water Bottle: I’m so bad at drinking water and it really is important to stay hydrated. I love carrying around a water bottle with me to constantly remind me to keep drinking! Love this adorable KS one.
No.3 Puffy Rose Gold Heart Earrings: When I was in H.S./College I was all about white gold or silver, then I started to warm up to the idea of yellow gold and that opened up a whole new world of jewelry. In the past year rose gold has warmed my heart. It has a vintage like quality that I love.
No.5 Yoga Mat: Ah isn’t this how you feel after working out? I do! Except mine should probably say, After this we’re getting dessert!
No.6 Good Vibes Only mini banner:You should always be your gal pal’s biggest cheerleader and I love this little banner full of positive affirmation.
No.7 Pink Watch:Why not? It’s a steal at $20 and the pale pink and rose gold combo is perfection. Add a little extra zhush to your outfits with it.
No.8 Polka Dot Makeup Case:A pretty case with perhaps a gift card to Sephora thrown in it would be an amazing gift!
No.9 Loved Ring: I love dainty rings and this new beauty has quickly been put at the top of my list. Love the sweet little LOVED engraved on it. We could all use a little reminder that we are loved.

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Fall is the perfect season to host an outdoor movie night in your backyard! It’s that time of year when outdoor furniture is still outside and it gets dark earlier than the summer which means your little kiddos can enjoy the movie night as well. It’s so nice to transform your backyard with cozy blankets, […]
Can you believe it’s already November? Before we know it Thanks No. 1 Modern bar cart with patterned sides that looks great as is, but would also look amazing painted a pop of color! Plus it’s only $157. No. 2 This lucite bar cart is a personal favorite of mine. Look at those chic lines! […]
For the longest time our backyard was mainly just grass and a little small area where we laid down some pavers so that we could set out a little plastic table/chairs during the summer. Not exactly ideal for entertaining. For the past couple of years we have wanted to build a deck and enjoy the […]
