Inspired by the floral fabric coasters yesterday I decided to round up some of my current favorite floral fabric finds! I have access to to the trade fabric, but I know that’s not the case for everyone so, all of my picks are from traditional retail stores.
Here we go!
This oversized floral fabric reminds me of the colors in my post from yesterday. Love those bold colors!
Pink and green will forever make me think of Lilly Pultizer and preppy design. This rose print is a total nod to Lilly. Wear it as a dress or a throw pillow!
Every room I design tends to have a little touch of Grandma chic. Typically it’s in the form of some vintage treasure, but sometimes I go bold with it and use chintz fabric. The mix of orange and lilac in this fabric is perfection.
Floral fabrics are very feminine and instead of fighting it why not embrace it. I love the dainty and romantic details of this fabric. It would work great in a nursery.
On the opposite end of the spectrum you can lean away from feminine, by picking out a fabric with a dark background like this option with flowers that are more hand drawn in nature. The hand drawn look is a bit rougher and not as perfect, which is perfect for a more modern take on a traditional floral fabric.
