Campaign style furniture dates back to the 19th century. The furniture was designed for travel which meant that you could break them down into a smaller pieces for carrying. Today’s reproductions don’t break down, but they still have the same classic shape and brass detailing. I have loved them for years and I don’t think that will change any time soon. Campaign furniture ranges in prices. At times you are able to find them for a steal at thrift stores or pick them at retailers for $1,000 plus. Today I rounded up some beauties in the $430 and under range.
No. 1 How stunning is this jewelry armoire? I’m obsessed with the high gloss blush finish and think it would nicely house all of my faux jewelry!
No. 2 This 4 drawer chest is perfect for an entry way or nursery. It’s not a massive piece so I would not recommend it to hold clothes in a bedroom.
No. 3 This end table would work in a living room, but I think it would be best for nightstands. Just beware of the height. They are only 24″ high so if you have a large bed or sofa the scale might be wrong.
No. 4 Love the legs on this writing desk and the best part? It comes in a bunch of beautiful colors! Looking for a pop of color? This is the piece for you.
No. 5 I tend to source large beds so I like to use chests as nightstands. If you have the space in your bedroom this chest is a great size and while I love this bold blue it also comes in a beautiful wood tone.
No. 6 I think these end tables would work perfectly in a kids bedroom as a nightstand. I love the idea of getting a striped storage bin for the opening to store little toys.
Do you have any campaign pieces in your home? I have two pieces in my home and one in my shed just waiting for a home!
I love campaign pieces, thank you so much for finding affordable options!
