My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
I tried mint..wasn’t too pleased with the daily emails and reminders that my finances are sticky…it also is a little misleading..car repairs done at the gas station go under gas budget, not misc…but its worth a shot!
I may have to try that, however, I cringe ever time I check my bank balance and daily e-mails may be more than I can take….
I tried Mint… But it didn’t work for us because they didn’t have our home bank on file- so it couldn’t link our checking account. I think I would like it though if I could get all of my info on it! Let me know if you decide to use it and what you think!
As you know, since I told you about it- I love mint! I don’t get emails from them daily- so there is nothing that annoys me about this website. I love the monthly updates- and do love that they email me when my balance goes below a certain point. It has really helped us budget!
I'll have to go check it out. Might just hand it over to my husband & have him cringe at our finances instead of me 😉 haha
