My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
I think it would be fun in a kid's room.
But if you have to ask yourself if you should, then you probably don't love it and I have a rule to only buy if I LOVE it.
I think it could be a quirky thing to have up – if you love it I'm sure you'll make it work!
I love, love, LOVE that! Animal heads are definitely on trend right now, but the cardboard version is a bit more sculptural (and affordable — should you opt to make it only a temporary decor fixture). Plus, the elephant is more original than the other deer heads out there.
it definitely made me smile!! where would you put it?
I think he might be too good to pass up!!
I promise, you will love it!! The med. one is cool, but the big one is really fun! Just have the right space for it. Any questions, I'll be happy to help.

An Absolute MUST. Not only am I the biggest elephant lover ever, but I buy these little sculptures (usually made out of balsa wood) for my kids at Michaels. It's really just a ploy to squeeze some cheap labor out of them and get some art for my office. I now have a rhino, a tiger and a dragon. But a trophie size elephant to hang on the wall… a MUST! I'm ordering. No summer camp tomorrow kids.
I just bought the deer head today as a matter of fact for my son's apartment. I saw the elephant in white- it was cute.
How fun! I say I do!
I do like it. And for $28 if it doesn't work, you can regift.
I would grab the large one and perhaps the small one too. Me, I'd spray paint them a really great color to accent perhaps an otherwise boring wall. Maybe an entrance way!
I will be having my very first mounted animal hanging in my home…somebody shot their very first deer their very first time hunting this past fall. Now tell me how to accessorize that?!!?!
🙂
How much do you love me and want to let me use all those little elephants for my wedding?
Yes – please! Get the smaller one if you're concerned there are too many elephants – but this guy is pretty awesome!
