My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Brian is a genius, a hunk, and my secret boyfriend.

What a statement. I am also smitten with kelly green right now, so this is a love-fest!
It makes me wish I had flat doors. That is beautiful!
Are you going to do it to your doors?
love the striped shower curtain
I am a BIG B.P.F. fan& think this is simply a stunning idea! I just cannot stand those plane Jane hallow doors and I adore this overall concept 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
Oh, and I love that green color!
Great idea! I have been contemplating a similar project for my front door. Now I think I may have to go for it!!!
Such a great idea and I love his color combos.
Brian is the man, right!
By the way Camila, your Colette bed-amazing!
What a great way to spruce up a door–and so simple, too!
Happy Friday!

Hannah
P.S. I mentioned you in my blog today.
i sooooooooooo love this.
That door is fabulous!
Love it!
love this color and I can see why it inspires you. This is also the color I have chosen to use in an upstairs boys bathroom. Everything else will be white but above the beadboard I want to use this color. I have to admit yours is a bit more sophisticated than where I am headed but my boys would never appreciate this. 🙂
I would be so flattered if you would consider sharing this on my first linky party at becolorful.
