My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Wow, those are some great buys. So far I haven't been able to find goodies at those prices.
No way that chair is $30!! I think I need to make a roadtrip…and it would take me a hell of a long time to get there!

Camila – Go for the trip! That adorable bamboo chair could use an EFFORTLESS STYLE makeover! I could just see it painted with a fabulous new seat cushion!
I'm in the Albany area, so I'd be heading down the Hudson River to Poughkeepsie to get to this great place. Maybe some day..

Thanks for the comment on my blog. The nearest Anthro is either in Toronto or New Jersey. So I guess I'll need to go on a road trip trip too. (Although there really should be one in Montreal!)
I followed the link and I'm amazed at how much stuff there is and what great prices they have!
You should definitely go! I agree with Loretta. I'd love the see the chair painted and reupholstered. It'd look amazing.

Hi – it’s Bob + Sue Smith from the Trading Post in Poughkeepsie! We just had two customers in our store about an hour ago and BOTH of them said that they heard about us through your blog! We had never heard of it so we checked it out and we were so pleased to read all those wonderful comments – THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was wondering why we suddenly had so much interest in that bamboo chair! The gal who grabbed it had a grin on her face from ear to ear as she walked out with it. I guess we should have priced it higher – LOL!
