My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Pantone did announce that PMS 18-2120, which is pink, is the color for 2011. So great choice!
That is a perfect color palate for a girls room! Love it!
Ab-so-lute-ly phenomenal! I love love love the second image! The color combo is so fresh and fabulous for a modern little (or grown-up) girl. How did she like it?
i love this!! especially the curtains in the second image do you know where they are from?
Oh that’s adorable! She’s so lucky to have you as her decorator!
That room is one of my most favorite…fresh and charming!!
Oh my gosh so cute! I recently redid my youngest’s room in an orange and pink palette, but wouldn’t have thought to add green. Roberta Roller Rabbit has a sick orange and pink rug you’d LOVE.

Looks like a winning color combination!
LOVE the pics (esp. drooling over the light fixtures in the first… so cute!) We used the orange/pink/green combo for our wedding, and literally, everybody went crazy over it… I’m sure she’ll love it!
Love that combo! I can’t wait to see the finished room!!
Hi,
Jonathan Adler’s room at the Aldyn Show house was done in your palette. I have a few pics here: http://decorartsnow.com/2010/09/23/september-23-2010-inside-now-american-fashion-showhouse-designers-at-the-aldyn/
I am sure you will find more shots of the room if you google. So fun–a great project!
Best,
Lynn
I think that will be perfect…and no one can pull it off like you!
Love the inspiration photos! That’s the color palette I have in mind for my twin girls when they transition into a “big girl” room. Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Love this color combination! I’ve always had a soft spot for some pink and green.
It’s so cute! I wonder what your sophisticated client will choose?
Actually, you’re very trendy on this, as Pantone just announced that “honeysuckle” is the new color of the year.
