Orange plus Pink plus Zebra = Swoon!

Yesterday I was able to sneak in a little time into my work day to catch up on my blog reading. First stop was Starfish & Sundresses because I heart Lindsay. She loves orange, elephants, lucite and dreams of one day setting up shop just like me!

One of my favorite posts that I saw while catching up was her Thanksgiving day table set up:

Orange plus Pink plus Zebra= swoon. Of course I spotted her little brass elephant candlesticks right away and needed a pair for myself.

Turns out I can pick up a lot of the same items and recreate the look for my own home.

    That’s the most stylish Thanksgiving tablescape I’ve ever seen! Absolutely adore those placemats, especially with those zebra plates!

get inspired with our own home tour

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
