Assistance!

Sometimes I need a little help getting my work done. Thank goodness I have a super cute assistant. Ok so he can’t actually help me flip through magazines for inspiration or do my billing on the laptop and today I actually found him asleep on the laptop. He also started to growl at me when I distrubed his nap to take this picture, but he sure is cute, right?

Off to contact one of the local colleges, because this one woman show (plus Jon & dogs) needs a bit help. Hopefully an intern is my near future. Must love dogs.

    My puppy helps me work too! Actually he whines and paws at me to rub his tummy, so he really makes it harder for me to work, but I like to think hes helping!! What an adorable assistant you have!!

    hes sooo cute! my doggy does the same she’ll come sit right on my lap in front of the computer. Like ok mom thats enough of that! gotta love them!

get inspired with our own home tour

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.

On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
