I’ve been trying to enjoy the nice summer days we have been getting during the weekends and relaxing and hitting either the beach or pool. Here are some of my summer must-haves:

I constantly get raccoon eyes due to leaving my sunglasses on all day in the sun so this summer I decided to rock a hat instead and I must say I’m loving it. I have this number in pink and get loads of compliments on it whenever I wear it.

I’m in that in between stage of my pregnancy where I don’t have a baby bump, but I don’t look like myself. I just look like I had a big lunch so this bathing suit does the trick in making me feel good.

I love a good chick lit book and during the summer I’m know to finish a book in one sitting at the beach. Katie Fforde is my latest obsession. I love her style of writing and enjoy that all of her books take place in England.

I’m loving these flamingo stools. They are only $16.99 and come in a rainbow selection of colors. You can use them as additional seating in an outdoor area or even as a little side table indoors once the summer is over. During the summer I will using them to hold my favorite drink!

Of course you’ll need a nice sized tote to move your essentials from beach to pool. I’ve been a long time fan of L.L. Bean totes that can be monogrammed and then thrown in the wash when they get tired.

I love a good beach towel, but lately all of the ones I fall in love with are designer and in the $80-$200 price range. That is so not happening. I love this chevron style towel that comes in at only $9.99.
