Special delivery from Boston

How sweet are friends that you meet through blogging? This past Friday a package arrived amongst my normal mail.

I saw from the return address label that it was from my sweet pal, Linds that blogs over at Everything LEB. We’ve been friends for years now and share a love for orange and elephants.

Check out what was in the package:

How amazing! It will fit right in to Hudson’s nursery! What’s make it even more special is that Lindsay picked it up in Sri Lanka while she was there this past summer having her second wedding!

Thanks so much Linds! We all love it!

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
