Weekend Recap: Snapshots
After over a year of having an iphone and this December upgrading to the newest iphone I finally downloaded some apps. Jon was always making fun of me for not having any apps what so ever so I made it a point to fill up some pages on my phone this weekend.
Favorite app thus far has to be Instagr.am:
I know I’m his mom so I must be a bit bias, but Hudson is one cute kid! I can’t handle his cuteness. He is just so handsome. 🙂
I did manage to take some pictures of something other than Hudson. One of our friends got engaged this weekend so I decided to make a little mini cake for the celebration. Of course it didn’t come exactly how I envisioned in my head so to fix it’s problem areas I hit with a bunch of sprinkles:
I was scrambling around my house trying to find some sort of topper for the cake and voila after a frantic search my sister found our stash of ring pops! Perfect topper for an engagement celebration. How random is it that I actually have a stash of ring pops in my house?
Some other apps that I downloaded were:
Pinterest: So that I can pin on the go!
Tango: So that I can video chat with all.
Dragon Dictation:To be able to speak into my phone and ramble my massive to-do lists.
Evernote:Suppose to help you get completely organized and on track. It’s been downloaded, but I have yet to sign up. Baby steps. 🙂
I’m itching to downloading more apps, but have no idea what other apps are must haves. Any suggestions?

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
That is one adorable baby! And that cake looks delish.
you download apps 🙂 not upload – upload doesn’t make sense but i guess could mean you made them yourself and submitted to Apple..
eep – and i love your blog but get it through my reader – your font color in this field is SO hard to read! please make it darker so it has more contrast!!!

I like Project 365. I take a picture of my 9 month old granddaughter everyday. It is fun to look back and see how much she has changed.

I have sooooo many must have apps……I love music/movies so I have pandora, and HBO GO (watch reruns of SATC) and shazam, yelp for restaurant reviews, for pics, I use pixlromatic and color splash (in addition to instagram), Craig’s list, facebook and lose it (a calorie tracker). Can you tell I need ways to entertain myself some days????? Hudson is looking mighty handsome!!!
