I LOVE NY: Baby Gift Guide

Lately I’m not sure what is in the water because pregnant friends and bloggers and friends that are bloggers are showing up all over the place. I’ve been trying to think of unique gifts that were thoughtful and chic.

Since I’m NY I went with a NY theme inspired by Hudson!

No 1. Custom Birth Announcements in the city of your choosing. I’m loving this and have been toying with picking one up for Hudson’s nursery for weeks! You can even customize the little icons on the print.

No 2.Hand Knit Taxi Rattle.

No 3.I love NY onesie. Hudson not included. 🙂

No 4.NYC loves ABC’s print by Mr. Boddingtons Studio

No 5.Mini NYC globe. Such a cute accessory for a nursery. Comes in larger sizes as well.

No 6. Hand knit METROCARD.Can you tell I’m loving these knit toys!

No 7. NYC wooden blocks.Tokyo, Paris and London are also available.

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
