Scenes from my weekend…
Hi All,
Hope you all had a lovely weekend.
We started off the weekend with a trip to the beach!
{Jon has a beach/fishing permit so we can drive right up on the beach. So amazing with all of the loot we now have to carry for Hudson.}
{Hudson and Daddy were so distracted by the sights at the beach that no one was camera ready. :)}
{ Sunday we had a BBQ and my new ring from Voneshna got tons of compliments.}
On Monday we just relaxed at home and got a little work done.
{Hudson loved helping me go through vendor catalogs.}
Very quickly though that sweet look above changed to this:

ON THE BLOG
My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Hudson is so precious I can barely stand it! I am sure it’s hard to focus on work with such a cutie hangin around. Love your photos! Looks like the beach was lovely. XOXO, Sam

Love your new ring – I might need to get one just like it! And…I painted my nails a similar shade of coral this weekend, too – love the bright, summery shades of lacquer out this season.
