Treat yo self: Teenage Power Couples

I don’t know about you, but during my pre-teen years I was obsessed with Brenda falling in love with Dylan. Ah yes how amazing was the original 90210. I wanted nothing more than to have my Dad’s job relocate to Beverly Hills so that I could follow in Brenda’s footsteps.

Today’s treat yo self item is an ode to my favorite teenage power couples, because lets face it after Brenda and Dylan I was all about Angela and Jordan Catalano.

    I’m convinced that my perceptions of teen romance was shaped exclusively by Brenda and Dylan (I watched BH90210 in 1991-1992 when I was in the 3rd grade…talk about precocious). And I still hold the belief that Kelly was a hussy.

    Oh my gosh I love those pencils!! I was a die hard fan of all those couples mentioned above. I might need to see if netflix has 90210 on it, I could use a little Dylan McKay in my life!

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
