Hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend! We had a lovely weekend with amazing weather!
On Saturday Hudson had a birthday party and since Asher is preemie and not suppose to be around large groups of people for a while I stayed home with him.
We did a little snuggling.
I also had a bit of help from my parents and got the house organized and clean! I even had time to do a little accessorizing and added jewels to my new DIY agate jewelry box.
I missed my other guys so I kept texting Jon asking for photos and got these beauties!

Looking handsome while playing at the playground:
In the afternoon everyone was back at home and enjoyed the rest of the day outdoors. Hudson has been loving his new outdoor play set.
We even ate dinner outdoors. I have been loving our new outdoor dining area!
On Sunday I had a client meeting and since it was a beach house we decided to make a day of it and I took my whole gang with me.
Asher wasn’t loving the car ride, which meant this momma had to squeeze herself in between two car seats to hold his hand and calm him down.
Isn’t this an amazing view?! It’s my clients backyard. They have two little kids too, which was great for Hudson. He loved playing with them while mommy worked. After my meeting we headed out to play with a kite. There is Jon running on the sand.
Even Ash joined in on the kite flying and went down to the beach all cozy in his solly baby wrap.
Hudson enjoyed the beach a little too much. He completely dunked himself in the water and proceeded to lay down in it when he saw my clients daughter do it. Luckily I had thought to bring another outfit. Of course to out do me once he was in the new outfit he proceeded to find a bucket and pour it all over his head and outfit.

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
In our new home, the basement was completely unfinished. It was literally one of those dark spaces that you see in horror movies and are terrified of getting locked into. However, with the square footage in this house, I knew I needed to make the basement another workable and liveable floor of the house instead […]
The time has come to finally share our new kitchen reveal. For those of you that have been with us from the beginning, we bought a house right before the pandemic hit. It was a total gut job from top to bottom. We started our demo and then the world shut down. Enter the delays […]
Picking out paint colors for a new home can be overwhelming. I find that many times when I meet with a new client the entire house is simply just painted white or a light gray. Now, I think there is a time and place for those colors, but with paint, there is just so much […]
What to look for when it comes to picking out kitchen appliances: Leave room in your budget for appliances. When it comes to kitchen renovations everyone knows that the cabinetry and the labor of demoing and installing cabinetry is going to eat a lot of your budget. However, the second most expensive part of a […]
I don’t think I’m alone in thinking that designing a kitchen is an overwhelming undertaking. I’m an interior designer and even I find it stressful to iron out all of those details. So, when it comes time to design a kitchen I always like to partner with a kitchen designer to make sure I’m remembering […]
