Scenes from my weekend…

Another weekend that has come by way too quickly. This weekend was a fun one! As I have mentioned in the past my sister is engaged! She finally found a venue she fell in love with and the date is set. So now it’s on to all of the other details like wedding dress shopping!

My Saturday started up with a much needed manicure! I went with Sew Psyched by Essie.

Then off to the city we went! I was having a good hair day so I had to share. 🙂

Our first stop was Saja Bridal Salon and they had the prettiest belts.

Our second stop was Lovely Bride and oh my goodness! It is bridal heaven!!!!

The whole shop was set up with different little dressing rooms. Each area had it’s own seating area for your guests.

It was a fun day that ended with a nice Italian meal in Tribeca.

    I’m not sure what has changed on the size of your pictures but when I get your emails the pictures are huge and I cannot view them on my computer screen without having to scroll over a lot. Thank you!

      So sorry! I’m working on it. I’m using mailchimp now and I’m not sure if that’s issue. Hoping to have it resolved by this weekend. I have noticed if you open your email on your phone or a tablet it doesn’t get extra large.

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
