Hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving! We are exhausted, but we had a lovely time. I tried taking a little computer/phone break hence my silence yesterday. Today is the best day ever because I will be spending it watching the new Gilmore episodes with my mom and sisters! I will also be tackling some Christmas shopping, by taking advantage of all of the amazing black Black Friday deals that are already running online! I want to be done with my shopping by the first week of Dec. Let’s see if I can get it done! Hopefully this guide to Black Friday deals will help you sort out what the best deals are!
–J. CREW: The entire site and in store is 40% off with the code HOLIDAY. So many amazing finds. Currently lusting after this bathing suit (I mean are those bows not the most amazing thing ever?), jewelry and this bracelet is a favorite that will be only $19.20 with the code. Also obsessed with this ruffled top along with another ruffled top and let’s it anything with ruffles from J.Crew is beyond amazing. This turtleneck has also been calling my name all week. Things are selling out fast! Shop quickly!
–Crane & Canopy: As a decorator I tend to gift a lot of home items to try and help people out with their interiors. So, I have gifted quite a bit of bedding during the holidays and my favorite company is Crane & Canopy. I love it and everyone I have gifted it to loves it. They have a wide range of duvets and my favorite one is the clementina, but I also love the Hayes and Linden. They even just towels! They rarely have discounts, but for Black Friday they are 20% off with code THANKS.
–Francesca’s: Love this boutique filled with clothing, accessories and adorable home finds. There stock is always at amazing price points, but they are currently running a 30% off sale. No coded needed. The 30% off comes off in the shopping cart. Loving these bow gloves, blush and cranberry plaid scarf, pom pom beanie with metallic yarn, glitter studs, holiday bow studs, mini tassel necklace, gold bauble chandelier earrings. So many good finds! Also love everything in their home decor section. Plus free shipping with orders over $50!
–Sweet & Spark– amazing curated selection of vintage jewelry. So many amazing finds, but make sure you act quickly. The pieces are vintage so once it’s gone it’s gone. Sadly learned that lesson the hard way when a confetti ring I wanted disappeared as I was about to add it to my cart. Tears! Currently running a 20% off sale with code TAKE20. Such an amazing shop for that personal that has everything or your trendsetter friend that is always ahead of the trends.
–Anthropolgie: 30% off with code LETSGO. That is an amazing deal! I’m loving their holiday collection. Lots of beautiful ornaments and decor that would make for perfect gifts. Plus they have the perfect monogram mug that makes for a great stocking stuffer or girl friend gift.
–Boden: 30% off with code 3Y8N. Boden is one of my favorite companies. They British and love color and whimsy. Sign me up! They have some fun home accessories, but I really love their clothing like their selection of coats and shoes.
–Bauble Bar: 30% off with code THANKS30. Now Bauble Bar has a ton of amazing jewels, but if it was me I would use that discount for their personalized collection. I love a good monogram or my full name on something. With a name like, Camila, I never found any sort of trinket with my name on it. So, now I love getting my name on everything. Haha.
–Mintwood Home: 20% off with code BLACKFRIDAY2016. So, many of my finds from my hostess gift guide. Also loving this sweet elephant, striped cutting board and gold scissors.
–The Blush Label is 30% off with code BLUSHFRIDAY. Love this company for fun home accessories like this pillow these coaster at an amazing price point of $16 minus 30% off! They also have a line of prints that are 50% off with code BLACKFRI50.
So many good deals out there! Hope you enjoyed a round up of my favorites!
My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
In our new home, the basement was completely unfinished. It was literally one of those dark spaces that you see in horror movies and are terrified of getting locked into. However, with the square footage in this house, I knew I needed to make the basement another workable and liveable floor of the house instead […]
What to look for when it comes to picking out kitchen appliances: Leave room in your budget for appliances. When it comes to kitchen renovations everyone knows that the cabinetry and the labor of demoing and installing cabinetry is going to eat a lot of your budget. However, the second most expensive part of a […]
I don’t think I’m alone in thinking that designing a kitchen is an overwhelming undertaking. I’m an interior designer and even I find it stressful to iron out all of those details. So, when it comes time to design a kitchen I always like to partner with a kitchen designer to make sure I’m remembering […]
