Paper Bag Storage Bags!
I don’t know about you, but during the week between Christmas and New Years I tackled all of the boys toys and I did a lot of organizing. I put baby toys into storage for our maybe we’ll have a 3rd baby at some point and then sorted some extra toys to go to the grandparents houses and a donate pile as well. That still left us overflowing with toys. It seems like everyone is in the same mindset, because I have gotten a handful of inquiries on designing playrooms this week!
We don’t have a ton of extra space in our playroom/family room so, a new piece of furniture isn’t in the cards, but I need to do something. I love using storage totes or baskets for toys. I have them sprinkled in my living room and no one even knows they have toys! I normally pick up chic laundry hamper’s from HomeGoods. They have a lid and people are always surprised when my boys get into them and take out a million and one toys.
In my hunt this time around I found paper bag storage bags and I’m smitten!

Hello Henry Boxes has these chic single initial ones. My boys are really into their names and letters at the moment so, I know they would appreciate an A and H. They also have adorable ones with your child’s face on it! Such a great gift idea!

AHOY 2012 has a multi-color dot version that would look perfect in just about any playroom.
Antonin Plus Margaux has more grown up versions. Loving their Cool Stuff bag.
Cookie Box Store has the most variety. They have over 50 styles! I can’t pick a favorite! There are just too many I love.
I will be picking up 2 for my playroom. Such an easy way to sort their toys. Just remember to not overfill! They are paper after all.

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
What a fun and pretty idea for toy storage! I think kids will really like them and make up clean up time that much easier. Thanks for sharing!
