Friday Finds…
TGIF! We made it to Friday and I’m super excited! It’s been a crazy week with Asher already out of school for the summer and Hudson finishing off his last week with super short school days! Seriously today he will only be in school for about 2 hours! In between all of the craziness I did manage to squeeze in my work and also found some gems online!
Here is what caught my eye this week!
-Ah! How adorable are these shoes with the cute little embroidered and beaded elephants! These are a must have in my book! I think I will also be adding these colorful striped espadrilles that are on sale for $44.99!!!!
-I have a large lucite shelf that I used once upon on time in the boys room and now it lives in my studio. It was custom made and a bit of splurge, but I love it and will use it forever. I did find a good budget friendly alternative this week! Isn’t this acrylic floating shelf with metal hanging so fun! It would be so easy to paint the hardware a different color. You could go gold or a pop of color! Love it and very affordable!
-Totally random find, but loving this set of 24 flatware for only $9.57!!!! It’s a really pretty and classic style and available in gold, rose gold and silver!
-Guys! A monogrammed rug! Ah! Sign me up! How adorable would it be in a nursery, dressing room or home office! There is also a monogrammed round rug version as well. It’s a bit of a splurge, but a girl can dream!
-I’m having a clothing moment with Target. I needed a couple new things for summer and found some amazing options! I have these tassled slides in both colors. I picked up this striped ruffle dress and I wasn’t 100% sure about it, because it’s a lot of dress with the colors, the stripes, and the ruffle, but I knew I would regret it if I didn’t buy it. I wore it to an event last week and got a ton of compliments! Ordering this bow top online because I couldn’t find it at my local store. I picked up this adorable lace up tank dress and I loved it. It was super comfy, but also chic and it has pockets! I just picked up this tie back jumpsuit in palm leaf and it has some mixed reviews on my instagram stories, but I think I’m going to keep it. Last find that I’m ordering is this gingham bow bathing suit and maybe this ruffled bathing suit online as well!!!! Told you, I was having a moment with them.

ON THE BLOG
My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Pretty shoes 🙂
Right! I need to get my hands on them!
