Friday Finds..
We did it! It’s the best day of the week! It was a busy week that started off walking the NYNow gift fair on Monday to a mix of design client meetings and social media consulting clients. Plus an ear infection for Asher, which meant a doctors appointment in between everything else. I’m happy that Friday is finally here and I have a work from home day on the calendar.

-Dare I say it but these are the most comfortable pants I own. I picked them up last week and haven’t taken them off since. Haha. I just keep reaching for them. They are so soft that you feel like you are wearing the coziest pajamas yet you can dress up! I also love that they have pockets! They have a stretchy waistband and run on the big side. Heaven! Try them! I swear you will love them.
– I ordered these shoes a couple of weeks ago on Amazon and it was love immediately. I was afraid they were going to be stiff and not great quality, but I was willing to try it out. Amazon makes it so easy! I swear I feel like I’m ordering things with fake money when I’m on there. Click, click, click and in 2 days bam it’s there! If I don’t like it I can just return to a UPS store as is! No packaging or printed labels! Anyway back to the shoes they are so comfy and slip on very easily. I’m going to order the animal print ones next!
-I have toyed with real Chanel flats for years now. They look so chic, but are they comfortable? With such a high price point I have never been able to bite the bullet. I just found these online and I think they look pretty spot on. I think they would be good to give them a spin and see if I really wear them as much as I think they would and if I like the style.
-How fun is this rug! I was sourcing items for a little girls room and I found it and immediately fell in love! If you are into colors and the rainbow trend then you will love it as well!
-I wore this lipstick quite a few times this week and I had many people stop me to ask where it was from! It was a big hit. It’s a creamy lipstick crayon that is one of my favorites. I was wearing Laugh Louder, but Hustle in Heels and Treat Yourself also look right up my alley.

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
