My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
That is super fabulous! I’m not a huge purple person, but that really works. Not sure how my husband would go for it though. It may not be masculine enough for him. 🙂
What a gorgeous room and color combo. I would totally go for that if I wasn’t worried about the room looking dated quickly. It looks fab today, but I would be super anxious that it wouldn’t stand the test of time. Although maybe that’s why most of my rooms are all neutrals! 🙂
This literally made me squeal with delight! The colors, patterns, textures are a visual feast! I absolutely adore this space. I’ve never been a cornice box fan but I’m converted! Thanks for sharing it!
I really love it and the carpet grounds the rooms design!

I saw this on pinterest the other day and think it’s just genius!
Such a different color combo, fun and totally unexpected.
