Yesterday evening I was driving around town with my husband as we finished up our Sunday errands and some of our neighbors had already starting putting out their trash. Of course as we drive by my husband makes a sarcastic remark and asks if there is anything good thinking I would say no. To his surprise I  spotted a chair that made my heart skip a beat. It looked very similar to a certain Eames chair that I’ve always loved so I knew I had to snatch it up!

Of course I flipped it over right away to see if perhaps by some great miracle someone was actually getting rid of an Eames original! Don’t get too excited, because it wasn’t one, but for the price of free I knew I could bring it back to life. I’ll be doing a before and after on it later on this week so stay tuned for pictures!!!!

Anyway I didn’t just write all of that as a teaser for my upcoming before and after. Due to my great find I started searching modern furniture on Ebay and actually found some that I could afford.
