The other day I had a mystery box arrive at my house. I couldn’t remember having ordered anything, but who doesn’t like gifts so I welcomed it with open arms.

get inspired with our own home tour
ON THE BLOG
My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
I would love to see more how-to guides for redoing furniture (especially pieces you find in other people's trash)
I would love to see more of your interior design projects!

Hey girl… ok… LOVE that you got a random box full of goodies! I am not sure I can think of anything to add the the blog… I love it so much already… I do love ideas about how to make something awesome of what you already have though 🙂
A little less inspiration stuff and more "how to" posts. I think you do a fabulous job though!
I'd really like to see a post on how to refresh your space by using things you already have in different ways.
I love seeing what you're able to do with small spaces. My apartment is a studio and I always get inspired when I see those posts!
I would love to see some more how too and more on your design strategy, how you make different things fit into a room and look cohesive.

I'm a huge fan of DIY projects and how-to guides. Being in college certainly depleats my decorating fund. And a post on what to do with white walls since I can't paint my rental.

Oh that’s fabulous Camila, I love £m command! Haven’t tried it for hanging art though, Im scared it will ruin the paint if I ever want to remove it but I would prefer it as i don’t like making holes that much (we are renting…), any advice?

I have been reading you blog for a few weeks now and I love it. I enjoy reading about general design and decorating principles and then seeing the application of those principles in a real setting. I also, like to DIY projects, especially those involving furniture re-dos. Also, I think the bog roll by location would be great.

Also would love a post on great photo books to use as wall art. Every magazine you read says get a great photo book, art book whatever and frame some of the pics inside but would love some great ideas on what those books would be depending on the type of space you're trying to decorate.

I love the how-to and before & after. I'd love to see some "design challenges" tackled, like maybe some reader's specific issues. I'm sure many of us have similar questions, so that would be really helpful.
