The end of summer…
Well my loves this summer has been a blast. It’s was full of client work, blogging fun, many home projects and the occasional trip to the beach.
Sadly my tan is already starting to fade and this weekend we get to say our farewells to those hot summer months that some of us loved and others dreaded.
This weekend is also my parents 30th wedding anniversary bash! I will take tons of pictures and you’ll finally be able to see what dress my mom decided to go with!
You’ll also get to see what me and my sisters ended up in.
I have to share a picture of what we didn’t go with:
Feel free to laugh, laugh and then laugh some more about those dress picks. We didn’t plan on ordering them in a rainbow of colors it just so happen to be the only ones in each of our sizes so we were just trying them on to see if we liked the style of the dress.

ON THE BLOG
My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
ha ha! You could have been on the Project Runway bridesmaid challenge last night. Have fun!

I have that dress! I got it last year for my GF wedding I was a braids maid, mine was brown….looked so cute 🙂
