  3. Miranda Agee says:

Are you kidding? $4.98 each? What a great Christmas gift idea even if the recipient isn’t elephant obsessed. Great find, girl!

  4. kat says:

How cute are those?!?!?!?! I totally want one too. Great price, I just might swing by tomorrow and get one. So cute!

  5. Liz says:

I love these, I wanted them when they were full price, now I have no excuse I need to go and get me some!

  6. J says:

I thought of you last week at when I was a garage sale. They had 3 elephants that were so cute. I bought one of them for $1.00. I’t sitting on my desk right now. I love it. You can see it in this post http://jandjhome.blogspot.com/2010/12/week-end-finds.html

  7. I am right there with you on the elephant obsession. In elementary school we had to pick our favorite animal to report on. I chose the elephant, because it started with the letter E and so does my name(my brain was so rational, even then! haha). I adore the ones you got, they will make the prettiest flower arrangements! -Evie

  8. Aimee says:

You will never fall out of love with them and you will always smile when you see one with his adorable trunk turned up for good luck 🙂

I need to march on over to my local Pier 1 to check those out!

  9. Those are really cute, Camila!

  10. autumn says:

  11. Brittany says:

Yay! Happy you picked one up. They are just so cute! I also got a fish condiment holder and rhino butter dish! All in the $3-$5 price range.

  12. Very clever!

    Lynn

  13. Now I am wanting to go get one myself and use it as a vase for some pink tulips! damn you 🙂

    • effortless says:

Do it! I seriously think I’m going back today to see if they have any more of them in my store. Between me and my mom the other day we almost cleaned them out!

  14. So I broke down and ended up buying three – basically the rest of the teapots in my local Pier One. I am now debating whether to paint them gold or Tiffany’s blue or just leave them white.

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.

On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.

Fall is the perfect season to host an outdoor movie night in your backyard! It’s so nice to transform your backyard with cozy blankets, […]

Can you believe it’s already November? Before we know it Thanks No. 1 Modern bar cart with patterned sides that looks great as is, but would also look amazing painted a pop of color! Plus it’s only $157. No. 2 This lucite bar cart is a personal favorite of mine. Look at those chic lines! […]

For the longest time our backyard was mainly just grass and a little small area where we laid down some pavers so that we could set out a little plastic table/chairs during the summer. Not exactly ideal for entertaining. For the past couple of years we have wanted to build a deck and enjoy the […]
