My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Obsessed with this image! I wish I could have my handbags laid out on display all the time! I hate putting then back into their little dust bags and packing them away 🙁
I love that the bags are on display alongside literature – the parallel is hilarious! You can never have too many handbags, or books! Love the pic!
I die! my dream come true right there…
Those are my two favorite things too! I always can’t have enough of either 🙂
this is fantastic! What a great way to showcase those special items that you may not use too often. Also, since they’re not stuffed in the back of your closet (like mine are) it reminds you that you have them to use!
I’m an interior designer from Melbourne, Australia – I loved your blog, I found it very inspiring. This is all new to me but I have just set up my own blog

You may like to check it out because I had so much fun doing it.
Thanks for providing me with such great entertainment!
Cheers
