I’m snowed in today and even though I work from home I’m pretending it’s a snow day here at Effortless Style and catching up on my latest magazines while sitting in my favorite comfy chair by the fireplace. In need of a comfy chair? Here are some of my favorites:

1- This baby would look perfect in Jon’s man den. Plus the nailhead trim makes me happy! Only $799.

    I just did a post yesterday on wanting blue and white stripe back in my life(I miss my olds sofa) Now today I see the Pier I chair, is this an omen??? I am going to go and check this out, thanks for the heads up!! Kathysue

    Love this. I have a chair post planned for later today and number 5 is in it! 🙂 I LOVE number 1. Man I wish I could afford 1 or 2 of those!

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
