HGTV: Decorating with Contrasting Colors

My article for HGTV is live today! I had a lot of fun coming up with tips for how to incorporate a contrasting color scheme into your home.

The easiest and most budget friendly tip was using blooms to add a dose of contrasting color:

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
