Sadly I didn’t grow up with stockings. It just wasn’t something my parents did and I never really missed it. That is until I started dating Jon and found out that he still got a stocking! My sister and I tried convincing my parents it was something we should start doing, but they didn’t bite.
So, I don’t need stocking stuffers, but I’m going to live through all of you who do. I rounded up some favorite items that I would love to open up in a stocking.
No. 1: When I remember and have the time I love sending out hand written notes. You know what that means…my office is full of notecard boxes that have yet to be open. I can’t quit them and want to add these to my collection.
No. 2: Love a warm cup of tea on the go during my crazy days. Of course since I’m a metallic kick this one would be welcomed in my stocking.
No. 4: My cell phone is always dirty. Either from make up or let’s face little hands that want to play a game or listen to some music. Love these well kept wipes.
No. 5: Ok so this lip balm is a little over my $20 budget at $25, but it’s amazing and one of my favorites. Worth the splurge.
No. 6: With a dog and I love of black pants/leggings I always need a lint roller, but can never find one in the house.
No. 7: This packaging is so pretty that I don’t think I would ever even open this beauty up.
No. 8:Chic gloves currently on sale for $10 and then 30% off with code DASHER.
No. 9: Everyone loves a little love. Adore this heart to heart scarf. I actually have it and it’s lovely. On sale for $11.99 and then an extra 75% off with code NEWYEAR !!!!
Happy Stuffing! Now someone please talk my parents until getting their 33 old daughter her very own stocking…finally!

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Fall is the perfect season to host an outdoor movie night in your backyard! It’s that time of year when outdoor furniture is still outside and it gets dark earlier than the summer which means your little kiddos can enjoy the movie night as well. It’s so nice to transform your backyard with cozy blankets, […]
Can you believe it’s already November? Before we know it Thanks No. 1 Modern bar cart with patterned sides that looks great as is, but would also look amazing painted a pop of color! Plus it’s only $157. No. 2 This lucite bar cart is a personal favorite of mine. Look at those chic lines! […]
For the longest time our backyard was mainly just grass and a little small area where we laid down some pavers so that we could set out a little plastic table/chairs during the summer. Not exactly ideal for entertaining. For the past couple of years we have wanted to build a deck and enjoy the […]
