Friday Finds…
-This week just flew by! Having Monday off was great, but it totally threw me off track. I constantly felt like I was playing catch up! One of the reasons for my stress was a little photo shoot I had for two rooms that have been finished for a while! I was lucky enough to get my bestie, Liz from Elizabeth Kristin Photography. I haven’t gotten the professional shots yet, but here is an iphone pic to get a little sneak peek!
-I ran into Nordstrom this week and instantly fell in love with this scarf. It screams fall, but it still has pops of colors, which you know I love. I totally should have picked it up! It was massive and an amazing price. Ah! I think I’m going to have to go back and make it mine!
-I have been sourcing this pillow like crazy! It’s a great price point and has this amazing detailing on the edge. It has almost a subtle flanged edge, which is way more casual than traditional piping. So, it just looks cozy yet chic!
-You know I love a good ruffle and I’ve been toying with the idea of this shirt for a week now. Thoughts? I can’t tell if the sleeves are just a little too much. Ah! Help!
-Ah! Due to my crazy week I totally forgot about our book club! Don’t worry! Next week we will dish about the book and I will let you know about next months pick! Any suggestions?

ON THE BLOG
My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Hi! Can’t wait to hear what you thought of the book. We read the same for our August book club. I’ll save my opinion for now.
I have your next MUST READ!!! It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover is so good! I promise you will love it! I felt all the feelings while reading this one & it had me questioning my morals & everything I thought I knew about myself.
I immediately wanted to start it all over again when I finished!

It took FOREVER before we found out what happened at the bbq & then I was expecting something more, but more never came.
I thought her other books were better.
