I’m aiming to have all my holiday shopping done by this weekend! I have already gotten a good amount done and I only need a couple more so, I’m hoping I make my deadline. Everything has been ordered online which is lovely as well. Who wants to walk the mall and deal with crowds during the holiday season? Hopefully these gift guides have been helping you tackle your gifts as well! Today I’m tackling a foodie gift guide for the food snob in your life!
No. 1 I love Daphne Oz. I follow her on snapchat and she just seems so cool and I want to be best friends with her! I picked up her new book called, The Happy Cook and I love it. Everything looks mouth watering. Lots of unique yet easy recipes to pick from.
No. 2 Whimsy & Spice is one of my favorite bake shops that I first found at Brooklyn Fleaa. They make the yummiest cookies and marshmallows and this S’mores kit is a perfect pairing of the two!
No. 3 How cute is this retro kitchen timer? Love the pop of color and cool styling. If your foodie is a baker I think this would be the perfect stocking stuffer.
No. 4 I love a good cheese plate. Seriously how amazing is cheese! I love a good sharp cheddar or brie and I would love these brass cheese knives.
No. 5 I may not have marble countertops, but I can get a little marble in my kitchen with this chic oven mitt and pot holder set. Swoon, right?
No. 6 My cheese obsession would equally adore this cheese board. Isn’t, “Hello Lovely” how you always address your cheese?
No. 7 Now I’m typically a tea drinker and when I get coffee I go to Starbucks, but a true coffee drinker would love this Chemex 6 cup coffee carafe for brewing a full rich bodied coffee.
No. 8 I was luckily enough to try out some Jenis ice cream the last time I was in Atlanta and it was love at first taste. I was so excited when I found out they ship out pints! Plus how pretty is their packaging?

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
In our new home, the basement was completely unfinished. It was literally one of those dark spaces that you see in horror movies and are terrified of getting locked into. However, with the square footage in this house, I knew I needed to make the basement another workable and liveable floor of the house instead […]
The time has come to finally share our new kitchen reveal. For those of you that have been with us from the beginning, we bought a house right before the pandemic hit. It was a total gut job from top to bottom. We started our demo and then the world shut down. Enter the delays […]
Picking out paint colors for a new home can be overwhelming. I find that many times when I meet with a new client the entire house is simply just painted white or a light gray. Now, I think there is a time and place for those colors, but with paint, there is just so much […]
What to look for when it comes to picking out kitchen appliances: Leave room in your budget for appliances. When it comes to kitchen renovations everyone knows that the cabinetry and the labor of demoing and installing cabinetry is going to eat a lot of your budget. However, the second most expensive part of a […]
I don’t think I’m alone in thinking that designing a kitchen is an overwhelming undertaking. I’m an interior designer and even I find it stressful to iron out all of those details. So, when it comes time to design a kitchen I always like to partner with a kitchen designer to make sure I’m remembering […]
