Friday Finds…
This week has been a doozy. My parents typically help me out with childcare, but they have been traveling for almost month now and this week Jon had a crazy schedule, which meant this momma was strapped for time. Add to that a day off from school for election day and today off for Veteran’s day plus bitter cold weather and we have everyone dealing with stir craziness as well.
Whew.
Happy to have made to Friday in one piece!
Here is what caught my eye this week:
-I was able to get some work done this week and made time to go to the Thibaut showroom and found this stunning woven velvet zebra patterned fabric.Obsessed. You must check out the other colorways as well.
-The cold weather has me rocking all of my scarfs and while I have been pretty loyal to this one, which is a great size and super warm and soft and currently on sale for $14! I’m looking forward to getting my hands on this pom pom beauty.
-I was looking into acrylic curtain rods for my new studio space and I found these beauties at a great price point! Plus you can always use a 20% off coupon!
-Umm, hello stunning bathroom sink vanity complete with gold campaign furniture hardware. LOVE.
-Now I don’t normally love the idea of shopping somewhere that has the word, barn in their store name, but during a search for capes this week I stumbled upon some at Dress Barn. I know! Craziness! They are currently running a 30% off friends and family sale with code 30FAM. My favorite finds are this chic gray and tan belted poncho, a plaid buckle cape, red buffalo check cape with belt and this plaid ruffle wrap that comes in at $14 with the coupon code!
So many good finds! Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? I usually wait until after Thanksgiving, but everyone seems to be doing things earlier this year.

ON THE BLOG
My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
