I know I have a soft spot in my heart in for elephants, but I’m also drawn to peacocks, because our last name means peacock in Italian! Now back in the day when peacock blue was all of the rage it was a glorious time for peacocks, but since then I have a hard time finding a way to inject it into my home in it’s traditional colors. I always love when I find it in a different colorway like the peacocks in this stunning wallpaper! Is it not glorious? I love every little bit of especially the amazing colors! I just had to use it as a jumping off point for a little design moodboard!
No. 1 Sylvia Wallpaper: The inspiration for it all!
No. 2 Two Layer Ruffled Mirror: Love using large mirrors in a wallpapered room. It doesn’t compete with the pattern you just get to see more of it!
No. 3 Better Homes & Garden Lamp: I can’t decide between the light orange or the lilac lamp base. Both are so pretty and both work perfectly with the wallpaper. It’s only $21 which is a great price point, but it doesn’t include the lamp shade. Remember to purchase separately.
No. 4 Gloss white console table: Love the clean lines, but also enjoy that it’s not a plain Parson style console and has the drawers and overall more feminine lines.
No. 5 Cornflower blue skirted ottoman: Love the little details in this piece like the contrasting trim! Plus it’s from one of my favorite sources! Amazing quality and the best prices!
Ok, now I just need that new house and I can make this beauty a reality!
