Want to give your kitchen or a hallway a little zhushing? The easiest way you can do it is by adding a new runner to your space! I know typically in kitchens there is a small mat in front of the sink area. Why go small and plain when you can go large and interesting, colorful and pattern filled! It’s my favorite place to your runners in a kitchen. Typically I fall in love with colorful vintage Turkish or Persian rugs, but they can be budget breakers coming in around $300-$1000 depending on pattern, age, etc. How about a round up where nothing goes over $100 and the majority are way less! Perfection!

I rounded up my top favorites and they are all $100 or less and I mean way less! Perfection!
No. 1 Blue and Orange Runner is only $50 and would work perfectly if you like more of a farmhouse style or California chic. It works so nicely with whites, wood tones and metals.
No. 2 Bohemian Tribal Rug: is $58 and featured in my kitchen above. It’s busy which is great for heading little messes from kids or dogs.
No. 3 Haute-Hali Persian Rug: is $55 and gives me total Caitlin Wilson vibes for a fraction of the cost. I love it and have used some size of it with many clients.
No. 4 Bohemian Tuscany Runner: is only $51 and has the prettiest shades of blue, pink and yellow! It just makes me happy!
No. 5 Charming Tribal Runner: is $65 and another perfect addition if you are going for a California cool/boho vibes and like pink!
No. 6 Tribal Floral Medallion Runner is $53. I love the unique color story on this runner. I haven’t seen it used everywhere and would look great with warm wood tones.
No. 7 Curated Nomad Runner: is $55 and a favorite for my clients, because it works so nicely with pale blue walls, which tend to be a favorite.
No. 8 Bohemian Red/Pink Runner: is $62 and the prettiest runner! I love pairing red with pink! They work so nicely together.
No. 9 Unique Loom Runner: is $41 and the perfect runner if you are testing out adding color to your home. I love that it looks washed out and almost vintage.
No. 10 Boho Dream Runner is $75 and my personal favorite if I had to pick one. Ah! Imagine a hallway with bright white walls and this one the floor!
No. 11 Pink and Blue Runner which is tying for personal favorite, because hello tassels and it’s only $28!!! $28 and an amazing size at 2’7″ x 7’3″!!!!
No. 12 Pink Moroccan Rug is $56 and great for someone that isn’t ready to go totally pattern crazy.
So many amazing and here is a round up of them all plus more favorites all under $100!

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
In our new home, the basement was completely unfinished. It was literally one of those dark spaces that you see in horror movies and are terrified of getting locked into. However, with the square footage in this house, I knew I needed to make the basement another workable and liveable floor of the house instead […]
What to look for when it comes to picking out kitchen appliances: Leave room in your budget for appliances. When it comes to kitchen renovations everyone knows that the cabinetry and the labor of demoing and installing cabinetry is going to eat a lot of your budget. However, the second most expensive part of a […]
I don’t think I’m alone in thinking that designing a kitchen is an overwhelming undertaking. I’m an interior designer and even I find it stressful to iron out all of those details. So, when it comes time to design a kitchen I always like to partner with a kitchen designer to make sure I’m remembering […]
This is a great post! I love true Turkish style runners but with kids and dogs getting the look without spending a fortune is perfect.
