I never really thought that the 4th of the July was a big holiday for savings, but I am mistaken. I’ve been toying with the idea of picking up a rug for our bedroom. With Hudson on the verge of crawling I’ve realized that I need something soft and cushy in all of our rooms. I headed right over to RugsUsa because they always seem to have one or 5 or ten that I love. They actually are headquartered a couple of miles away from me, which is great because I can I always head over to their showroom and see things in person.
I was happily surprised to see that they were running a massive 4th of July sale with a huge selection of rugs for an additional 75% off when you use the coupon code: JULY75 plus free shipping. Amazing!
Here are some of my favorite picks that I thought you would all enjoy.
When I was at market this look was all over the place. Typically these rugs are dyed over vintage rugs and come in at around $40 a sq ft wholesale. They are crazy expensive. This is a machine made rug, but for 75% who cares!
I wish the morrocan shag rug came in a bigger size! I’m normally a pattern and color happy buyer, but when I saw a similar one styled up by Jamie Meares of Furbish in Lonny Mag (last month?) I’m now coveting having one.
such a great post!! sadly, i felt so over indulgent when I read this because i had ordered a turquoise overdyed rug (not the same, a bit different) from Rugs USA a few months back and then just ordered the wannabe Beni last week when it was 75% off! they have great prices and great look-alikes!! so nice to meet you thanks to Lindsay at S&S!
Ahhhh!! DYING that I missed this sale! Overstock has the overdyed version right now, with a very high sell-out risk. Still not the 75% off price, though. Ugh.

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
In our new home, the basement was completely unfinished. It was literally one of those dark spaces that you see in horror movies and are terrified of getting locked into. However, with the square footage in this house, I knew I needed to make the basement another workable and liveable floor of the house instead […]
The time has come to finally share our new kitchen reveal. For those of you that have been with us from the beginning, we bought a house right before the pandemic hit. It was a total gut job from top to bottom. We started our demo and then the world shut down. Enter the delays […]
Picking out paint colors for a new home can be overwhelming. I find that many times when I meet with a new client the entire house is simply just painted white or a light gray. Now, I think there is a time and place for those colors, but with paint, there is just so much […]
What to look for when it comes to picking out kitchen appliances: Leave room in your budget for appliances. When it comes to kitchen renovations everyone knows that the cabinetry and the labor of demoing and installing cabinetry is going to eat a lot of your budget. However, the second most expensive part of a […]
I don’t think I’m alone in thinking that designing a kitchen is an overwhelming undertaking. I’m an interior designer and even I find it stressful to iron out all of those details. So, when it comes time to design a kitchen I always like to partner with a kitchen designer to make sure I’m remembering […]
Love all of these, of course! Actually have the first one myself and took advantage of this holiday sale. Loves!
Holy geeze…the Beni possibility has got me very excited- have wanted one forever!
I have been stalking the over-dyed option and am patiently waiting for it to be re-stocked!!

Loooooove the over-dyed rugs. Have not ever seen them at this price. Might need to get one!
Wow, I love the rug in your living room! Such a pretty space!
Thank you for the tip, I totally scored a natural fibers rug that I had been wanting for a while. Love!
