I am so in love with Greek Key. I just expanded my colors Greek Key matchboxes. A perfect design for any room, a little of it or a lot.

  2. Oh, I love that console idea. What a great way to dress up a plain-jane table! Thanks for the link, Camilla – so helpful!

  3. What a great find! I definitely think my little apartment would benefit from some DIY greek key!

  4. Morgan says:

I LOVE THIS, thanks for sharing! I’m ordering a sample right now. I think I’ll use it in my bathroom and possibly to dress up a console as well. Overkill? 🙂

  5. What a FABULOUS idea! I can think of 50000 ways to use it!

OBSESSED with that bookcase! I can’t believe it’s so reasonable, and I love how subtle the detail is.

  10. I love these ideas! And that room with the moulding surrounding the pattern is absolutely beautiful.

Since it has some texture, maybe painted and then applied to the ceiling would be cool, like the radiator screen you posted about a while ago?

  11. Laura says:

Thanks for the fabulous ideas … I am going to bookmark it to look at a bit later when I’m ready for another project. My favorite, of your ideas, is the panels on the wall. So cool!

  12. All your ideas are SPOT ON – can’t wait to pass this post along!

  13. LOVE these ideas! The Greek Key has a special place in my heart. My husband changed our wedding vows to say “For all eternity” when we got married – and then on our 10 year wedding anniversary we went to Greece and while there bought new rings – with the greek key symbol. The symbol means “Eternity” and now we decorate with the symbol throughout our home!

  14. Kirsten says:

I am thinking my obsession with lacquer items is totally your fault.

  15. Kimberly says:

I have three rolls of this that I’ve had for years. I used it on my fireplace panels. I may do the dining room idea. Great inspiration. Thanks, Camilla. FYI, from experience, don’t paint first.

  16. Brenda says:

Love these ideas, especially the Billy bookcase – so dressed up!!

  17. Jane Marie says:

  19. Brooke says:

    GreekKeys is the business…
It can be used in many diff ways………

  20. Maria says:

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the console table is from, or who the designer is! Thanks

ON THE BLOG

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.

Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.

On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.

In our new home, the basement was completely unfinished. It was literally one of those dark spaces that you see in horror movies and are terrified of getting locked into. However, with the square footage in this house, I knew I needed to make the basement another workable and liveable floor of the house instead […]
