I don’t normally shop at Neiman Marcus, but I do enjoy a trip to their cafe! Have you ever been? It’s literally one of my happy places! They give you popovers with strawberry butter when you sit down and it’s pure heaven! While Neiman Marcus items aren’t normally in my budget I do love finding an amazing steal from their Last Call website and since we are in the thick of summer a lot of summer items have been going on sale to make way for new Fall arrivals (Ah! Let’s not talk about Fall yet, but my craft stores already have pumpkins! )
No. 2 Tiered Striped Bag with all of the fringe and all of the colors for only $35.
No. 3 Tassel Shoulder Bag is a dressier bag that would be perfect for summer and spring. I love this color combo, but there is also a bright yellow and blue combo and a palm leaf version!
No. 4 Stone Fan Drop Earrings is a pretty mix of something boho chic with a fun colorful twist to it. I’m already planning all of the outfits I could accessorize them with.
No. 5 Beaded Tassel Necklace: Love that’s an almost white neutral that would work with so many of my different summer outfits. It’s that perfect amount of fun and with all of the tassels going on there is no need for earrings.
No. 6 Shopper Tote: Love that this bag is taller then most bags so it would be nice for commuting and it’s a cross body bag!
No. 7 Scalloped Tote in the prettiest shade of blue that is totally giving me Kate Spade vibes without the Kate Spade price tag.
No. 8 Triple Drop Fringe earrings for less than $30! They are a lot of va va voom, but I’m totally into them. Dress them up or down.
No. 9 Large Provence Colorblock Tote that looks like it was made with me in mind. It’s all of my favorite colors plus stripes, plus pom poms and tassels! Ah! I need it!
They also had a great buy one, get one free sale going on and went thru all 118 pages of items and curated a chosen few that I thought you would enjoy!

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
In our new home, the basement was completely unfinished. It was literally one of those dark spaces that you see in horror movies and are terrified of getting locked into. However, with the square footage in this house, I knew I needed to make the basement another workable and liveable floor of the house instead […]
The time has come to finally share our new kitchen reveal. For those of you that have been with us from the beginning, we bought a house right before the pandemic hit. It was a total gut job from top to bottom. We started our demo and then the world shut down. Enter the delays […]
Picking out paint colors for a new home can be overwhelming. I find that many times when I meet with a new client the entire house is simply just painted white or a light gray. Now, I think there is a time and place for those colors, but with paint, there is just so much […]
What to look for when it comes to picking out kitchen appliances: Leave room in your budget for appliances. When it comes to kitchen renovations everyone knows that the cabinetry and the labor of demoing and installing cabinetry is going to eat a lot of your budget. However, the second most expensive part of a […]
I don’t think I’m alone in thinking that designing a kitchen is an overwhelming undertaking. I’m an interior designer and even I find it stressful to iron out all of those details. So, when it comes time to design a kitchen I always like to partner with a kitchen designer to make sure I’m remembering […]
