The nice part about losing some inches is getting to pick up some new clothes! As I shared a couple of months ago I took part in Faster Way to Fat Loss and was able to loose some weight and most importantly inches!!! It’s a program I highly recommend and while I’m currently not as strict with my carb cycling I’m still doing intermittent fasting. Next round starts on June 10th if you are interested in trying it out! Sign up here! Now, to the matter at hand the new clothes! I ran into H&M the day and picked up a couple new things that I had to share!
Loved this shirt right away. I love things with a bit of a Boho/Free People/Anthropolgie sort of vibe and this shirt was it! It had the prettiest detailing on the sleeves! I would say it runs a bit big because I was able to get a size 6 in it.
Call me Mrs. Roper because I love a good mumu. How fun is this dress! Perfect for summer! It runs big and I’m in a size 6 here as well.
Love this little white linen blend dress. Looks so chic as is, but would also look great with a belt. Again it runs big and I picked up a size 6.
I don’t have a picture of me in this dress, but I did pick it up. I can’t decide if it looks like chic on me or like a potato sack. I really love it so, I couldn’t leave it behind. We shall see if I look like a fool this weekend when I wear it and don’t worry I will photograph it! Again runs really large. I was able to get a size 4 in this one.
I have shared this shirt dress in the past and I was happy to be able to try it on in the store. I loved it and picked it up in black. Now here is where the sizing so goes back to what I’m normally in when it comes to dresses. I needed to pick up a size 12 for it to close on the top. Overall size 10 fit, but when I buttoned the top it started to gap and show my bra!
Also tried on this cute dress, which I think would look adorable with sneakers. I almost got it, but I have something in my closet that is very similar so, I left it behind.

Any thing else I must get from HM? I find their site so extensive that at time it’s hard to find those gems!

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Fall is the perfect season to host an outdoor movie night in your backyard! It’s that time of year when outdoor furniture is still outside and it gets dark earlier than the summer which means your little kiddos can enjoy the movie night as well. It’s so nice to transform your backyard with cozy blankets, […]
Can you believe it’s already November? Before we know it Thanks No. 1 Modern bar cart with patterned sides that looks great as is, but would also look amazing painted a pop of color! Plus it’s only $157. No. 2 This lucite bar cart is a personal favorite of mine. Look at those chic lines! […]
For the longest time our backyard was mainly just grass and a little small area where we laid down some pavers so that we could set out a little plastic table/chairs during the summer. Not exactly ideal for entertaining. For the past couple of years we have wanted to build a deck and enjoy the […]
