Self Adhesive Fretwork Border

Pillows with fretwork ribbon detail are all of the rage in the design world. I must admitted I have lusted after one or two or okay three of them, but there high price points have always stopped me.

Enter a $10 solution:

This self adhesive fretwork border can be easily placed on a plain toss pillow, the seat/back of a chair, the back cushion of a sofa, a border on the skirt of a sofa, or on a foot stool. The possibilities are endless.

Currently it’s only available in gold, but a touch of gold works nicely in any space and if you are a monogram lover like me I would have my initials centered in the middle of the border.

How big is that? I’d like to get an idea of scale on a pillow before ordering. I couldn’t find dimensions on the website that you linked.

I read your blog daily, but have never commented before.
I purchased this very same thing at JoAnne’s and ended up returning it. The adhesive was a joke. It did not stick at all! I kept searching for directions that I may have missed, but there were none.
Please let me know if someone else has better luck.
