This weekend we had zero plans so on Friday I decided that one of our activities for the weekend had to be going to Silly Lily Marina in East Moriches. It was about a 45 min drive from where I live and a little bit before you hit the Hamptons. It use to just be a marina and bait shop, but now it’s so much more! They now have dining, corn hole, the cutest shop, picnic tables and music playing! I arrived and never wanted to leave and honestly wasn’t sure if I wanted to share this gem! It was pure bliss and I can’t wait to return!
I immediately saw the paddle boards and was super excited to try it out. At Silly Lily you are able to rent boats or go out on a chartered boat. You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards. We decided to try it out and it was $25 an hour or $40 for 2 hours.
The whole marina is so cheerful and happy full of yellow and aqua!
I couldn’t stop taking photos! It’s an instagrammers paradise.
This is a little boat treehouse that has a steering wheel, radio and a fishing rods for the kids to play with.
During the weekend they have a food truck where you can order tacos, sandwiches, hot dogs, salads and more! It was delicious!
While you wait for your food many people were playing corn hole. Hudson and Asher were really into it.
These are some of the Silly Lily boats you can rent for the day!
We had some yummy artisan ice cream sandwiches while we checked out the view. It was bliss!
There is also a shop are with Silly Lily merchandise, snacks, drinks, nautical items, and fishing items like bait, fishing weights, etc.
We ended our day trying out paddle boarding. They gave us a little tutorial and then let us go! I’m not going to lie it was tough in the beginning, but I never fell in! Once you get up a couple of times you start getting use to it. I’m excited to go again now that I have more confidence in it.
Is it not the cutest place? We all enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back!

My living room is one of the rooms that evolved drastically from when we first moved one. Originally I painted the walls chocolate brown and did accents of white, blue and orange. That lasted maybe 2 years.
Our dining room sat empty for months. Okay maybe it was empty for just a handful of weeks and then we couldn’t take it anymore and put in a folding table and plastic outdoor chairs, but in my mind that was still empty.
On the main floor of our house we have a Florida room. Being that it’s a Florida room it is a considered a 3 season room, because there is no heat in the room. The previous owners used it as an indoor patio with outdoor furniture and it looked like this when we moved in.
Fall is the perfect season to host an outdoor movie night in your backyard! It’s that time of year when outdoor furniture is still outside and it gets dark earlier than the summer which means your little kiddos can enjoy the movie night as well. It’s so nice to transform your backyard with cozy blankets, […]
Can you believe it’s already November? Before we know it Thanks No. 1 Modern bar cart with patterned sides that looks great as is, but would also look amazing painted a pop of color! Plus it’s only $157. No. 2 This lucite bar cart is a personal favorite of mine. Look at those chic lines! […]
For the longest time our backyard was mainly just grass and a little small area where we laid down some pavers so that we could set out a little plastic table/chairs during the summer. Not exactly ideal for entertaining. For the past couple of years we have wanted to build a deck and enjoy the […]
How fun, you are right this looks like a really great place to spend the day.
It was a great time! I’m still sore from paddle boarding!
